• Christopher Tiernan, 25, was arrested Feb. 17 for warrants or holds only.

• Delfino Vincent Pacheco, 52, was arrested Feb. 17 on public intoxication charges.

• Stephen Simonetta, 52, was arrested Feb. 17 on possible misdemeanor warrants.

• Anastasia Atencio, 21, was arrested Feb. 18 on charges of robbery.

• Manuel Santiago, 28, was arrested Feb. 18 for allegedly driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

• Donald Lee Pelot, 55, was arrested Feb. 18 on possible misdemeanor warrants.

• Andrezj Makowski, 62, was arrested Feb. 19 for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol.

• Lawrence Liberty, 54, was arrested Feb. 19 on public intoxication charges.

• Shawna Nicole Byars, 19, was arrested Feb. 20 for allegedly receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled substance.

• Jairuschristian Ursua Vasquez, 25, was arrested Feb. 20 for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol.

• Benny Wiggins, 34, was arrested Feb. 20 on charges of battery.

• John Stoddard, 40, was arrested Feb. 20 for purported public intoxication.

• Cassandra Saavedra, 31, was arrested Feb. 20 for warrants or holds only.

• Katherine Cotton, 26, was arrested Feb. 22.

• Melvin Spruell, 31, was arrested Feb. 22 on possible misdemeanor warrants.

• Silva Raqueal Deann, 25, was arrested Feb. 23 for alleged public intoxication.

• David Lucas, 29, was arrested Feb. 23, allegedly for obtaining food or property by false pretenses.
