• Rick Duncan, 57, was arrested April 22 on charges of driving while license is suspended for drunk driving.

• Carlos Arnold, 36, was arrested April 22 on charges of warrants or holds only.

• Jordan Zimmerman, 26, was arrested April 22 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a narcotic controlled substance, transporting or selling a narcotic substance, use of controlled substance, receiving stolen property, driving with a suspended license and petty theft.

• James Mason, 40, was arrested April 22 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance for sale, drug paraphernalia and use of controlled substance.

• James Howard, 59, was arrested April 23 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol above the blood alcohol content level of .08.

• Kevin Bonanno, 52, was arrested April 23 on charges of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

• Eric Azevedo, 22, was arrested April 23 on charges of taking a vehicle without owner’s consent.

• Daniel Rochin Jr., 55, was arrested April 24 on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Julie Yarbrough, 49, was arrested April 24 on charges of driving while drugs were in system.

• Giovanni Conde, 19, was arrested April 24 on charges of robbery.

• Anthony Santos, 41, was arrested April 24 on charges of felony parole violation.

• Bobby Paulsen, 48, was arrested April 24 on charges of possession of a controlled substance for sale.

• Juan Lafontaine-Alvarez, 47, was arrested April 24 on charges of possession of a controlled substance.
