Our beloved Mother Mary-Helen Banuelos passed away on Saturday, June 4, 2022, with her daughters, Maria and Rebecca, by her side. Our Mom shared her life with her husband of 65 years, Lazaro, who passed away on June 24, 2009. Mom and Dad shared a blessed life that included travel, family and friends.
Mom is survived by her daughters Rebecca, Maria and her husband Robert, sons Tony and his sons, Tony and Richard and his wife Debbie, Tim and his wife Kim, granddaughters Maddie, Emily, grandson Nick and his wife Jennifer and their two children, her great grandchildren Chris and Victoria. Mom’s great-grandchildren also include Jennifer and her husband Ruben, Tony Myles, Jake, Ricky, Crystal, Jaynee, and Eddie. Mom was predeceased by her daughter Julie. Mom is also survived by 17 great-great grandchildren.
Mom’s Rosary is on June 12, 2pm at Oakmont Mortuary, 2099 Reliez Valley Road, Lafayette, CA. Funeral Mass will be on June 13, 10:30am at Christ the King Catholic Church 199 Brandon Road, Pleasant Hill, CA, followed by Graveside Services at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 1965 Reliez Valley Road, Lafayette, CA.
