Fitness Innovations and Tae Kwon Do (FIT) of Martinez participated in the 2016 All California Tae Kwon Do Championships in Vallejo this past weekend. FIT’s students did an outstanding job in all categories of the competition which included Forms, Board Breaking, and Sparring. Fifteen FIT students competed and 18 Gold, 20 Silver, and six Bronze medals were brought home. The parents also showed great support and FIT team spirit.
