Submitting your legal notice for publication
You may either visit the Tribune in person, mail a copy of your notice, email your notice, or submit your notice on this website. Please attach your contact information when submitting legal notices.

The Tribune guarantees the lowest prices. If you see a lower price advertised anywhere in Contra Costa County, show us and we’ll beat it!

Payment
The Tribune accepts cash, checks, debit and credit cards. Payment is due before publication.

Filing and Proof of Publication
Once you submit a copy of your notice, along with payment, the Tribune will take care of the rest – free of charge! The next business day after the publication is completed, the Tribune will personally file a proof of publication with the County Clerk and send you a duplicate copy endorsed/date-stamped by the County. We also offer free filing at the County Courthouse, when necessary.

Directions
The Tribune is conveniently located near both the County Clerk-Recorder’s Office and the Courthouse in downtown Martinez. When exiting the Recorder’s Office, head east on Escobar, turn right (south) on Castro, left (east) on Main Street, and cut through Main Street Plaza next to Starbucks.
