Crosby’s 51-yard field goal culminated a 42-yard Packers drive in just 37 seconds after the Niners took their first lead of the game on a 12 yard pass from Jimmy Garoppolo to Kyle Juszczyk for 12 yards to go up 28-27. Rodgers wasted little time connecting with Adams for 25 yards to midfield on the first play of the drive before hitting him again for 17 yards two plays later.

Aaron Rodgers prepares to throw a pass during Green Bay’s 30-28 win over the 49ers Sunday evening. He completed 23 of 33 passes for a pair of TD’s along with leading the game winning drive with only 37 seconds remaining.

Falling behind 17-0, San Francisco fought back to take their first lead of the game on a 12 yard touchdown pass from Garoppolo to Kyle Juszczyk with just 43 seconds left on the clock. Unfortunately for the 49ers, that was just enough time for the NFL’s reigning MVP to perform his magic.

Asked if he was concerned about too much time remains on the clock after Juszczyk’s score, Niners tight end George Kittle said, “There’s always too much time on the clock if there’s ever time on the clock, especially with Aaron Rogers. I think we have a really good defense though and I don’t really have any worries when our defense is out on the field, but like I said, it’s Aaron Rodgers, Davante Adams. They have a lot of good playmakers over there and they did what they had to do to win.”

“There were some great individual efforts of guys just making unbelievable plays that got us in and gave us a chance to win that game,” Niners coach Kyle Shanahan said. “But some mistakes that we made throughout the game, you don’t win a lot of football doing that. That’s what we’ve got to clean up.”
