Obituary: Marjorie Sue Sparacino (1948-2025)

The world lost a little sparkle when our beloved wife, mom, mother-in-law, nonni, sister, aunt, great aunt, and friend passed away after a year long battle with cancer.

Marge and Richard (Dick) were married for 56 years. Devoted wife, loving mother to Michelle and Suzanne, proud nonni to Payton, Kendall and Gianna, beloved sister to Patty, and a friend to everyone she met.

Marge leaves behind a legacy that will stand the test of time – junior high school valedictorian, medical professional for nearly 50 years, baby whisperer, a true fashion icon and jewelry lover, never seen without red nails, bocce ball roller, ferocious cookbook reader, skilled word search finder, eclair and cream puff master, short order breakfast chef, lullaby singer, master stain remover, hot glue gun guru, and marathon shopper. An enemy to none and a friend to all.

Marge’s life will be celebrated on November 7th at Saint Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Martinez, CA at 10 am followed by a reception at Zio Fraedo’s Restaurant in Pleasant Hill, CA.
