Martinez’s own Dan Pellegrini (center) was presented with a Certificate of Commendation by State Superintendent of Education Tom Torlakson (at right), and the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors for his decades-long work on the Fish and Wildlife Committee, and the Contra Costa Water District.
