Experienced Plumber Wanted

We are looking for an organized, experienced plumber with exceptional diagnostic and problem solving skills. You must work quickly and efficiently to solve problems and make necessary repairs. You must also be a strong, independent and collaborative worker as well as physically robust, able to handle long, demanding work hours.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Diagnose plumbing problems and work to resolve issues
Determine materials needed for each project; estimate time and cost
Install, assemble, maintain, and repair pipes and plumbing fixtures
Install and/or repair household appliances like toilets, sinks, water heaters, dishwashers, etc.
Locate and repair exposed water, gas, and sewer line leaks
Clear clogged waste lines and sewer lines
Test plumbing and other installed fixtures to ensure proper functioning; pressure test
Repipe gas and water lines; soldering
Educate clients on and install "green" fixtures like grey water systems, reduced water flow faucets, low-flush toilets, etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid California Driver's License
Clean DMV record
2+ years relevant trade experience (drain cleaning & service plumbing)
Understands and follows state regulations, county and city codes
Able to read blueprints and other technical documents to assess building needs and pipe/plumbing fixture plans
Available to work On Call and respond immediately to plumbing emergencies
