Yusuf / Cat Stevens Announces Return to the Bay Area


BY DANIEL GLUSKOTER Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Inductee Yusuf / Cat Stevens, has just announced a fall 2016 North American tour that will feature only his second Bay Area appearance in the past forty years, Monday, October 3rd at Davies Symphony Hall.

The iconic 68 year old Yusuf, who played a stellar two hour set at the Masonic in December 2014 in support of his most recent album, “Tell ‘Em I’m Gone”, will be performing acoustic this time coinciding with the 50th anniversary of his first release.

Tickets for this certain to be sold out show will go on sale Monday, August 15 at 10am at www.livenation.com.
