Ian Hunter performed last night at The Fillmore in San Francisco. The iconic musician and former lead singer of Mott The Hoople, backed by The Rant Band, was in fine form as always as he played a two hour set comprised of classics like “Sweet Jane,” “All The Young Dudes” and “Just Another Night” with new material from 2016’s excellent “Fingers Crossed.” The 78 year old Brit, showing no lack of energy, jumped on a plane after the concert for his next series of shows.
